Monday June 11th: Brindisi airport/Marina di San Gregorio

Arrival at Brindisi airport in the morning, private bus transfer to the Hotel**** in Marina di SanGregorio. Check in and free time. At dinner time, all together, will enjoy the welcome dinner in a

selected restaurant


Tuesday June 12th: Marina di San Gregorio/Miggiano/Gallipoli/Marina di San Gregorio

After breakfast at the hotel, will go to Miggiano to visit an olive oil producer, including a stroll through

their historic olive groves and tasting snack with the producer. In the afternoon will enjoy the guidedtour of Gallipoli, free time and dinner together in a selected restaurant in Gallipoli.


Wednesday June 13th: Marina di San Gregorio

Today you cook!

After breakfast, will go to the local market to buy all the ingredients for the cooking class. Light lunch and then will go in the kitchen for the cooking class: A professional chef will work with your group and you will be responsible for preparing a traditional Puglia meal. You will start in the morning by going to the local market and shopping for ingredients. In the afternoon the chef will assist you in the preparation of the dishes. At dinner time, will enjoy the cooking class dinner.


Thursday June 14th: Marina di San Gregorio/Tricase/San Gregorio

After breakfast, will visit a winery in Tricase, with tasting wine and lunch with the producer.

From there will come bask to the hotel and will enjoy your free time and dinner on your own.


Friday June 15th: Marina di San Gregorio/Lecce

Today, pack your bags and, while you have breakfast, Attavola staff will collect your luggage to move to Lecce and, after the check in at the Hotel****, you will have free time in the afternoon, walking, shopping and enjoying the city. At dinner time, will have dinner in a selected restaurant in the city.


Saturday June 16th: Lecce

After breakfast, will enjoy the guided tour of Lecce with out speaking English tour guide, including the visit at lime stone and cartapesta masters. After the tour, you will have lunch on your own, free afternoon and free night in Lecce. Overnight at the Hotel**** in Lecce.


Sunday June 17th: Lecce/Otranto/Lecce

After breakfast, transfer to Otranto and will enjoy the guided tour of Otranto, free time and lunch on your own in the city. From there, will come back to the hotel, free afternoon and dinner in a selected restaurant in the city.


Monday June 18th: Lecce/Ostuni/Polignano A Mare

Today, pack your bags and, while you have breakfast, Attavola staff will collect your luggage to move to Polignano A Mare, with a stop in Ostuni, enjoy the “white city” and lunch in a selected restaurant.

After the check in at the Hotel****, you will enjoy your free time and dinner on your own in Polignano A Mare.


Tuesday June 19th: Polignano A Mare/Alberobello/Polignano A Mare

After breakfast, you will enjoy your free morning in Alberobello, discovering the beautiful and typical “trulli” of Alberobello. From there, will come back to the hotel, free afternoon for the last shopping or pack your bags and group dinner in a selected restaurant in Polignano A Mare.


Wednesday June 20th: Polignano A Mare/Brindisi airport

After breakfast, transfer to Brindisi airport.

Tour Puglia June 2018

Puglia is located in the South Italy, surrounded by two seas, the Adriatic and Ionian Sea.

It is called “il tacco d’Italia” the “heel of Italy”. This region has amazing landscape and towns.

Its gorgeous coasts, both sandy and rocky; the beautiful monuments and the historic center of Lecce (the capital); Ostuni, called the “white town”; Otranto and Gallipoli, two different towns overlooking two different seas; Alberobello, a particular town with the famous houses called “trulli”; Polignano A Mare, an amazing town overhanging the sea; thousands ancient olives grooves and vineyards… this is only one part of the beautiful region of Puglia! The cuisine is various: seafood is prevalent, but also vegetable (well known tomatoes, artichokes, zucchini, chicory, eggplants) and cheeses, as the burrata and stacciatella…delicious!

As wine, the red wine has the majority of the production, that’s why many wine producers make the rosé wine, for the fish pairing, and the extra olive oil production is one of the biggest in Italy. Come to discover Puglia!
